John A. Costanza, President
Mr. Costanza began his career with Costanza after earning a bachelor's degree
in Construction Management. He has served on the board of several contractors'
associations, and is a member of various regional and national associations.
Mr. Costanza oversees all operations of the company.

Robert T. Hinck, CFO, Vice President, Finance
Mr. Hinck has a distinguished construction career. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, an MBA in finance, is a registered CPA, and a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP). He is past treasurer of the CFMA and a member of AICPA. He is responsible for all financial management for the company including construction operations and has extensive background in construction, development and finance.

Michael E. Lee, Vice President, Construction
Mr. Lee has extensive construction experience and earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He is responsible for management of our Construction Division, all construction operations, and clientele management. Mr. Lee has served on the board of ABC and AIA (Delaware Chapters).

James J. McBride, Vice President, Engineering
Mr. McBride is responsible for management of our Engineering Division including all pre-construction services. Having majored in engineering, he has extensive expertise in all aspects of engineering, estimating, budgeting and management. Mr. McBride is responsible for clientele management, client proposals for services as well as oversight of all engineering.

Mr. Carroll is responsible for financial consulting and management. He has extensive financial background in real estate and development, holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, and has held executive positions with large institutional banking and accounting firms.

Daniel J. Prangler, Director, Finance & Administration
Mr. Prangler's professional career in the construction business covers experience in finance, engineering and management. He is responsible for all accounting and operations functions. He holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce & Engineering.

Nancy L. Gendron, Operations Manager
Mrs. Gendron is an experienced manager with a dedicated career in construction operations and management. Her responsibilities include staffing, training and management of IT and administration departments and oversight of all office operations.

Kelley Van Horn, Accounts Manager
Ms. Van Horn has extensive experience in accounts management for construction. Ms. Van Horn is trained in accounting and is responsible for all daily accounting functions utilizing specialized accounting software programs.

Barbara E. Cheski, Marketing Manager
Ms. Cheski has a multitude of experience in sales and marketing specializing in multi-family residential and senior housing. She has a gerontology certification and is responsible for marketing and sales efforts.

Colleen Mills, Chief Project Engineer
Ms. Mills has a bachelor's degree in Architecture and extensive experience in construction. She is responsible for project engineering for all projects during the planning and pre-construction phases with emphasis on turnkey and fast-track projects, as well as assistance to those projects under construction.

David J. Bentivogli, Chief Cost Engineer
Mr. Bentivogli is an experienced manager with a career in construction. He earned a bachelor's degree in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology. He is responsible for generating project cost estimates and coordination of vendor proposals. He has in-depth technical background with strong field experience and he is responsible for all cost engineering for the company.

Ms. La Posta has a diverse construction background including commercial, residential, educational and hospitality construction. Ms. La Posta is responsible for multiple projects and communicating with clients on all aspects of their project. Ms. La Posta holds a Certificate in Construction Technology from NYU.

Mr. Gaehring has extensive experience in construction engineering encompassing residential, commercial and institutional projects.
