Our Story
Established in the early 1920's as a family owned, general contractor in Camden, NJ, Costanza Builders has played a part in shaping the region's landscape for nearly a century.
During the early 1960's, the second generation company, incorporated in 1938, undertook much larger projects and expanded its skilled trade-labor force. With continued growth, added services included design-build and turn-key projects. The introduction of computers improved customer service and efficiency.
Since the mid 1980s, third generation ownership broadened the company's range of services and established two operating divisions to better serve its market.
The Construction Division performs construction management, subcontracting all trade work to provide greater mobility and flexibility. Our Engineering Division provides the framework and backbone for building and development of all our projects.
Costanza Builders has expertise in commercial and residential construction and real estate development. Whether working with private entrepreneurs, non-profits, municipalities or public corporations, we have the diverse and specialized skills to direct each project -- from concept to completion.
